Tonight We Launch Our Live Bulldog Hockey Blog

Ferris State Bulldogs vs. Western Michigan Broncos, tonight, 7:05 p.m.

This evening, Ferris State University is hosting U.S. 131 rival Western Michigan University in NCAA Division I ice hockey inside Ewigleben Ice Arena. The puck is scheduled to drop at 7:05 p.m. Those of you who can not be in attendance in the newly-renovated ice arena can enjoy live blogging from the event.

Tonight's live blogging (handled this evening by your author, Sandy Gholston) will highlight goals scored, game-play trends, great plays and various other highlights of tonight's Central Collegiate Hockey Association game between the Bulldogs and the Broncos. In addition to the blogging, action photos will be uploaded to allow fans to follow the game not only through my words, but also through my photography.

This is the first of a feature we hope to make a regular feature linked to from Ferris State University's Web site.

We would like to invite you to follow and to interact with your feedback and comments as you follow the game on your computer either through Gametracker or the B2 Network.
