Michigan Energy Conference gets off to a good start

Last night's event had over 300 people in attendance! What a great start. Today, after some social time and viewing partners material, President David Eisler got the conference started.

The first speaker of the morning is Michele Buckler from FTC&H. She is talking about the Carbon Footprint. The carbon footprint is based on Greenhouse Gases or GHG.

Once you have established the GHG protocal, areas of emission sources need to be identified. After that review you need to calculate co2 equivilent to GHG. (This is just a breif snapshot) Michele's complete presentation will be available online at www.ferris.edu/mec next week.
