Dolores Huerta On Campus Tonight For Presentation

"Without Fear: Neighbors Unite." She will discuss her life's work, the importance of social justice at the community level and how communities can collaborate to solve problems.
Huerta is noted for her work alongside Cesar Chavez, co-founding the United Farm Workers organization, and is the most prominent Chicano labor leader in the United States.
Free and open to the public. Event sponsors include: Social Work Association, Hispanic Student Organization, Lambda Pi Eta, Ferris Communication Association, Funds allocated by the Finance Division of Student Government, PEP, Academic Senate Arts & Lectures Committee, the Office Of Multicultural Student Services, Office of Diversity and Inclusion, and the American Association of University Women.
