Future Bulldog From St. Johns Wins Ferris State Welding Competition

The Lansing State Journal has a nice article on a future Ferris State University student showcasing his welding skills.

The skills of Jordan Terrill were on display at the 2010 Ferris State Welding Competition held on May 7.

Here is an excerpt from the Lansing State Journal article:

Jordan Terrill, a senior at St. Johns High School and a student at the EISD Career Prep. Center at Lansing Community College placed first in the 2010 Ferris State Welding Competition on May 7, 2010.

Jordan competed against 27 other students in the GMAW division (MIG) and came in 1st place. His efforts earned him a $1,000 scholarship from Ferris and a MIG welder. Jordan will be going to Ferris and majoring in welding engineering.
