A Big Weekend Is Coming Up In Bulldog Athletics

If you're looking for something to do this weekend, Ferris State University has got you covered with some great sports action.

The volleyball team is home for matches on Saturday and Sunday against Michigan Tech University and Northern Michigan University, respectively. Saturday's match against the Huskies begins at 2 p.m. while Sunday's contest with the Wildcats commences at 2 p.m. as well. Both matches will be played in Ewigleben Sports Arena.

Also on Saturday, the ice hockey team is home for game two of its series with Miami University with faceoff set for 7:05 p.m. from Ewigleben Ice Arena.

On Sunday, the women's soccer team is in action in Big Rapids as it hosts Tiffin University with start time scheduled for 12 p.m.

Graffiti Student Art Exhibit Is Pretty Cool


If you haven't already, you still have a little time to head over to the Rankin Student Center Art Gallery to check out the Student Graffiti Art Exhibit that is on display.

Ferris State University alumni came out to have a little fun before the Bulldog football game against Northern Michigan University on Saturday, Oct. 15 in celebration of homecoming activities on campus.

Ferris State University had a great homecoming celebration in 2011. One of the featured events was the parade that started in downtown Big Rapids and worked its way to campus.
